Rugby World Cup – 100 days go to!

Rugby-header3

With only 100 days to go until the Rugby World Cup kicks off in New Zealand, it is pretty much now or never if you want to be part of rugby’s biggest event in the ‘Land of the Long White Cloud’. There is still limited availability, but realistically, not for much longer.

So why should I visit New Zealand during the World Cup?
Well, I don’t think I’d be doing a disservice to other great rugby nations if I describe New Zealand as the spiritual home of this sport, where passion borders on obsession (in a good way, or course). The All Blacks are the best team in the world, after all – though don’t tell England, Australia or South Africa all of whom seem to have a better hold on the Webb Ellis trophy!

In addition, Kiwis are the consummate hosts making New Zealand the perfect place to immerse yourself in rugby fever as well as discover the many delights of this island nation. September and October is going to be a truly exciting time to visit NZ as a nationwide celebration sweeps the country with events, festivals and ‘real Kiwi’ experiences on offer. Find out details on the Real New Zealand Festival website.

There’s never a bad time to visit New Zealand, it’s just some times are better than others. Right!?
